Buy again and adjust a refill reminder

In the client app, open Shop across SpaOS → Buy again. Previous paid or completed product purchases can appear here. Choose Refill reminder on the product, then use the Refill reminders switch. Email reminders still follow your existing email contact consent.

When did you start using it? lets you set an opening date from the purchase date through today in the business’s time zone. Use purchase date resets that date. You can Snooze reminder for 7, 14 or 30 days, or Clear snooze, then choose Save reminder.

The estimate uses the product’s configured lifespan and the quantity in your latest purchase. If the business has not configured a lifespan, SpaOS does not invent a refill date. Your opening date changes the estimate; the switch and snooze affect your reminders, not the business’s own follow-up prompts. This never places an order or charges you automatically. Use the normal purchase flow to buy again.

Home → Today’s offers brings together remaining off-peak service windows from your linked active businesses and eligible partner reward offers. Home shows up to three rows; View all opens the remaining offers.

Expand an offer to check its business, date, time zone, applicable service, staff and location, along with any minimum spend or approval conditions. View business opens the business details; View reward options opens the relevant partner network. An offer is not a reserved appointment or guaranteed price: availability, eligibility and price are checked again when booking or redeeming. An empty list means no matching offers are available now, not that your loyalty balance has disappeared.
