My care: checklists, reminders and routine streaks
My care: checklists, reminders and routine streaks
Find your care
In the client app, open My SpaOS → My care. After your visit shows dated steps captured from your completed services. Morning and Evening show the active daily routines your businesses have prepared for you. Each routine identifies its business. Only your linked client profiles are included; signing into a different account does not reveal their care.
Tap a step to mark it complete, and tap it again to undo. Daily routine checkoffs belong to today; tomorrow begins a new checklist. Dated aftercare follows its own scheduled day. Future steps cannot be completed early. Your checkoffs are private to your account and are not a staff compliance report. If a save fails, the app lets you retry instead of pretending it was saved.
A routine streak counts consecutive days with a routine checkoff. It is separate from loyalty points, rewards, discounts and credit; completing care does not earn or spend any of them.
Turn reminders on or off
Reminders start off. In My care, choose Care reminders, switch on Remind me, choose Morning, Evening and Time zone, then Save reminders. Turn the switch off and save to stop them. The default suggested times are 08:00 and 21:00, but you choose what fits your day.
Reminders are sent around your chosen times when eligible care steps remain. A push also depends on your device’s notification permission. Notification text is generic and does not include treatment, product or checklist details. Opening the app lets you see the actual instructions after sign-in.
If instructions are missing
Ask the business whether the service has dated aftercare or whether your daily routine is active. Only an active owner or manager can set a client routine. General staff and front desk cannot create it for you or inspect your checkoffs. An older service with only a plain-text aftercare note continues to show that note in its appointment details, rather than inventing checklist steps. If a product link is unavailable, ask the business; another business’s product is not substituted.
