How it works

The booking summary shows whether the business requires a fee, deposit, percentage or full payment. Complete payment only through the secure SpaOS or payment-provider page. Your appointment link and receipt show the paid amount and remaining balance. A deposit is applied to that appointment or converted to client credit when the business cancellation policy allows it.
