Client Credit and Refunds
Understand when money returns to the original method or becomes reusable credit.
How it works
A refund may go back to the original payment method or, where policy allows, become client credit with that business. Credits appear in Wallet and can be applied only by the issuing business. Provider processing times vary. Keep the refund receipt and contact the business if the balance does not update.
