Copy your SpaOS review and post it on Google

After leaving feedback in SpaOS, choose Copy my review and open Google. Paste your comment, choose your stars and select Post on Google. You control whether it is published; SpaOS does not post it automatically. [Read the guide](/help?article=client-copy-review-to-google).

A SpaOS review and a Google review are separate

Submitting feedback in SpaOS saves a SpaOS review. It does not automatically post to Google. The client chooses whether to publish on Google and signs in with their own Google account. Staff must not post on the client's behalf or ask for their password.

Copy the comment and continue to Google

  1. Submit the SpaOS rating and optional comment using the review link for the visit.
  2. On the thank-you page, select Copy my review and open Google when that option is shown.
  3. In Google, sign in if asked, paste the comment, choose the star rating and review the text.
  4. Select Post in Google to publish. Opening Google or copying text alone does not publish a review.

The client can edit the copied text before posting. If Google does not open, use Open Google on the thank-you page. If automatic copying is blocked, select and copy the displayed comment manually, then paste it on Google.

No comment or no Google button

Without a written comment, use Leave a Google review when available and write directly on Google. The invitation is available regardless of the SpaOS star rating, when the business has Reviews access and the applicable active branch has a valid public Google review link. Only the written comment is copied; separate staff ratings are not copied.

If no Google option appears, the SpaOS review is still saved. The business needs to check its public Google review link for the relevant branch; clients do not need platform credentials. A Google Business Profile connection for viewing and replying to reviews is a separate business setup.

An accepted post remains a Google review. Viewing it in SpaOS requires the correct connected Google Business Profile branch and permission to access its reviews. It does not change the SpaOS rating, and copying a SpaOS review does not confirm that Google accepted a new review.
